Returns & Refund Policy

At VOXRA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted for eligible products within the allowed return period after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and your order details. Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
